My Personal Experience

I started using Lion’s Mane supplements about a year ago now, for a while I was not consistent in taking them. However, three months ago I started to take it consistently and it has blown my mind how much my body has benefited from it. Now, as it goes with most people, I have struggled with nervous system regulation for a long time and have more or less been living in fight or flight, the sympathetic nervous system.

It was not until I did a thorough gut cleanse and started the part where the nervous system is directly supported, where Lion’s Mane and an additional two supplements on top of the physical neuron-stimulating techniques I was using were added, that I recognized that the vast majority of what I was dealing with digestive and other symptom wise was from nervous system regulation. No more constipation!!!!!!! I literally CANNOT stress this one enough. Even with eating clean, exercising, getting outside, staying hydrated, castor oil packs I still was not going to the bathroom regularly. Crazy right? But, this beautiful mushroom has helped my nervous system to re-calibrate enough that I am now regularly going to the bathroom. I also have less brain fog, I have not gotten as sick as I usually would during this time of year with sinus infections and have not had one yet!
